The entire process was seamless and stress free. It was a relief to not have to worry about anything and finally having something nice to bury my beloved pet in. Once I opened the box, I was blown away by the quality of the casket and materials used. Definitely much better than expected, especially for the price! Don’t think twice about buying direct and getting it shipped overnight, our total cost was still considerably cheaper than buying the exact same casket from a local business. I have showed a lot of family & friends and they are amazed as well as I am. This will give me comfort when the time comes when we need it. It looks like it does in the picture. The gentleman who assisted us was compassionate, patient, and knowledgeable. We were 100% satisfied with the casket. It was perfect, just like our sweet fur-baby!♡
